The chauffeur is already on-site before your pickup time, the route is pre-planned, and luggage assistance is standard. If your journey stays direct, it remains under our Point-to-Point flat rate. However, life doesn’t always move in a straight line — and when it doesn’t, we adjust smoothly.
How It Works
Short, simple stops can be accommodated for a small additional charge. For example, a quick pharmacy stop, a curbside drop-off for a friend, or collecting a passenger nearby may be added to your route without converting the trip to hourly service. When stops extend beyond a few minutes or require significant detours, your service automatically transitions into an hourly format — giving you full flexibility to take your time without rushing.
This ensures you’re charged fairly and only for the service level that matches your real travel pattern. Whether it’s two quick stops along the way or a longer visit that takes you off-route, the pricing and structure remain transparent and predictable.
When to Choose Point-to-Point
- You have a fixed itinerary with a clear pickup and destination.
- Any additional stops are quick (about five minutes each) or along your direct route.
- You prefer an efficient transfer over a standby chauffeur.
Grace Period & Additional Time
Every Point-to-Point trip includes a 15-minute grace period from your scheduled pickup time. After this window, waiting time is billed in 15-minute increments based on the vehicle’s hourly rate. For instance, if your pickup is at 10:00 a.m. and you come out at 10:25 a.m., you’ll only be charged for an additional 15 minutes, not a full half-hour. This flexible structure allows a little extra time without penalty, maintaining fairness and transparency for both client and chauffeur.
